Apple oatmean Flax seed muffins

Ingredients
1/4 cup oil2 tablespoons ground flax seed3/4 cup warm water1 cup flour1 cup oldfashion rolled oats1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon1/4 teaspoon nutmeg1 teaspoon bakeing soda1/2 cup Straberry flavored applesauce1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together in a seperate bowl. In another bowl put warm water and two tablespoons of ground flax seed and mix let set for about a minute, this takes the place of eggs. Add your oil and mix until oil is absorbed by the flax seed mixture. Pour this into the dry ingredients and mix well. scoop into muffin tins. bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until firm. If you like you can add a brown sugar cinnamon mix to the top for a sweeter taste.
