Asparagus salad

Ingredients
1 bunch (8-10) asparagus spears2 diced scallions or 1 small onion2 sprigs of thyme3-4 mini sweet peppers tri-colores2 mini seedless cucumbers3-4 oz. plain greek yogurtvine ripened tomato (medium)
Directions
Boil water for blanching of Asparagus (salt optional)
cut 3/4 of inch stalk from asparagus
Pour boiling water over asparagus to soften or lightly steam to maintain crunchiness (pat dry)
Mix diced vegetables together setting aside 1-2 oz of plain greek yogurt, thyme, 4 cucumber slices
Add set aside mixture to blender for dressing
Use reainder of yogurt to mix into combined salad for creaminess
Excess blended mix can be used as dip for fresh veggies
