Anna's Refried Beans

Ingredients
1 - can Refried Beans (2 cups)2 - tbsp Cilantro, raw.8 - cup Green pepper (bell pepper) chopped1 - tbsp Onion, raw, chopped.3 - cup Red Ripe Tomatoes chopped1 - tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil1 - dash black pepper1 - tsp Thyme, ground.3 - cup water
Directions
In a medium frying pan add Olive Oil to heat. Combine cilantro, green pepper, onion and tomatoes and stir for 1-2 minutes. Add can of refried bean, then add black pepper, thyme and water. Stir until well blended and turn heat to low. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Serve - makes 6 1/3 cup servings.
* For a lighter recipe don't use oil or instead of refried beans use a regular can of beans and blend.
