cheesy mexican rice casserole

Ingredients
1lb 99% fat free ground turkey (browned)2 c cooked, instant brown rice1 can black beans, rinsed and drained2 c frozen corn1.5 c chopped onion1 can enchilada sauce (low-fat)1 can diced tomatoes1 small can diced chiles1 small bottle taco bell resaurant style hot sauce1 pkg taco seasoning1 pkg (8oz) Kraft 2% Mexican 4cheese blend
Directions
Cook instant rice according to package directions.
Brown turkey with taco seasoning.

Combine all ingredients (reserving half of cheese) in a large bowl.

Transfer to 9 x 13" casserole dish and top with reserved cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and browned, approx 30 min.
