Chicken & Orzo Salad

Ingredients
Salad:1-1/2 cups uncooked Orzo (rosamarina)9 cups diced cooked chicken3 cups diced celery3/4 cup sliced green onion, tops included4 cups fruit (pineapple, halved grapes etc.)Dressing:3 cups fat free mayonnaise1/4 cup lemon juice1/2 tsp white pepperCashews (optional)
Directions
Cook Orzo according to package directions. Drain well.
Place in a very large bowl. Add chicken, fruit, celery, and green onions; carefully mix well.

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper in a separate container. Fold into salad ingredients.

Chill until serving.
