Basic Sweet Crepes

Ingredients
3/4 C flour1 tsp salt1 C milk.5 C egg beaters2 Tbsp splenda1 Tbsp butter - melted1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix flour in salt in large mixing bowl.
Gradually whisk in milk. Whisk in eggs 1 at a time,
then whisk in splenda, melted butter and vanilla.
Cover and let rest in refridgerator 1 hr.

Heat 8 inch non stick skillet over med-high heat,
lightly spray w/cooking spray

add 1/3 cup batter and swirl around to coat pan in thin even layer cook for about 1 min or until slightly brown, flip and cook add'l 1 min.

    Recipe sounds good, but doesn't say how much milk to add. Crepes I know are thinner than pancakes, and the milk ingredient is vital. I hope there's a way the submitter can edit the recipe. - 2/25/08
