Liz's Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken14.5 oz can of petite diced tomatoes with chilies, undrained1 large red bell pepper diced (about 220g)1 large green bell pepper diced (about 220g).5 jalapeno diced fine.5 large onion, minced3 cloves garlic, minced1 cup salsa 1 envelope reduced sodium taco seasoning1 T thyme (I used dehydrated).5 cup Quaker quick pearled barley
Directions
Put everything in the slow cooker and cook on high for about 4 hours. Remove the chicken after it's cook, shred with 2 forks, add back and mix well.
