cucumber, 8 inches long2 slices turkey1 slice american cheese1 Tbsp Olive Oil Mayo1/3 cup Craisins (optional - not incl in nutrient info)
Directions
Cut the cucumber in half, lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and pulp (reserve for a salad or something, if you want, or make a small salad with the pulp and cranberries)
