2 lbs beef stew meat (cubed)4 tbsp peanut butter1 onion 1 inch ginger 4 roma tomatoes1.5 tbsp minced garlic1tsp cumin1tsp tumeric1tsp curry powder1tsp italian seasoning1tsp chili powder1tbsp onion powder1tbsp garlic powder1tbsp seasoned salt8 potatoes1 small can of tomato paste* enough water to fill pot
coat pan with oil and brown meat
add 1c water and peanut butter
add seasonings and bring to boil for 20min
combine onion,tomatoes,and ginger in blender and liquefy,
chop potatoes in 8 pieces each
add mixture to pot boil for 30 min
add can of tomato paste and potatoes
boil until meat is tender and potatoes are soft
