Broccoli Chicken Dijon

Ingredients
4 Boneless chicken breasts10 oz frozen chopped broccoli1/4 cup chicken broth (low sodium) 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard2 teaspoons soy sauce low sodium 2 teaspoons olive oil
Directions
Cut chicken breast into strips or cubes (I do cubes) and brown chicken in frying pan. Heat broccoli in seperate pot until fully cooked. Add Soy sauce, chicken broth, Dijon mustard and olive oil in with the chicken once it is cooked. Once broccoli is fully cooked add into chicken pan and cover. Cook over medium heat for another 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy. Your family will love this healty option
