Jean's Egg Salad

Ingredients
3 whole hard boiled eggs, diced3 hard boiled egg whites, diced1 baby carrot, minced1 Tbsp pickle relish3 Tbsp light mayonnaise
Directions
Dice/mince all solid ingredients and then mix all together. Let rest for an hour or so for flavors to combine.
