Radish Pesto Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 tbsp sea salt1 lb wholegrain or brown rice spiral pasta1 cup Radish Top Pesto1/4 cup non-fat, plain Greek yoghurt2 tbsp low sodium vegetable broth1/2 tbsp sugar1 large red pepper, dicedsalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the salt.
Add the pasta and cook just to "al dente". Drain and transfer to a bowl.
Mix together the pesto, yoghurt, broth and sugar, add to the warm pasta and toss to combine well.
Fold in the red pepper. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
This is good warm or room temperature.
