Cream of Spinach Soup High Fat Ketogenic

Ingredients
1 large Red Onion (chopped chunky)2 tbsp Coconut Oil1 tbsp Tamari Sauce2 cups (or more) of fresh raw spinach5 cups of Water1 cup of Whipping cream (38% fat)1 heaping tbsp Chicken Soup Powder
Directions
Start with a saute of the red onions in Coconut oil. Add the Tamari Sauce to the onions and the raw fresh spinach and cook for 2 minutes (or until spinach is wilted). Then add the water and cook for another 10-12 minutes. Add the Soup Powder in the middle of main cooking. Puree the soup a little (or a lot) with a hand wand immersion blender. Add the whipping cream at the very end and only on low heat. Serve hot.
