Chicken Thigh, 3 thigh, bone and skin removed Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Potato, raw, 1 cup diced Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Red Onion Raw 0.5 cup shallot, 3 tbsp Garlic, 3 clove Parsley, 3 tbsp Spinach, fresh, 1.5 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 6 cupDel Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 can with juice
Directions
combine all ingredients in slow cooker for 5-7 hours on low or 3-5 hours on high
