Spicy Shirataki Noodles (adapted from Vegetarian Times)

Ingredients
4 Tbsp Tamari low sodium2.5 Tbsp fresh Lime juice1Tbsp light brown sugar2 tsp sriracha sauce1Tbsp oil2 Tbsp chopped jalapeno pepper3 Cloves of garlic, minced1 Onion , sliced1 Red bell pepper sliced2 Baby bok choi ,cut into quarters and then halved1/2 cup fresh basil16 oz shirataki noodles
Directions
Wash the Shirataki noodles several times and dry them off.
Whisk together Tamari, Lime juice , Brown sugar and Sriracha in a bowl ,set aside.
Heat oil in wok medium to high heat add jalapeno and Garlic cook for 1 minute. Add Onion ,Pepper, and Bok choi ,stir fry for 5 min. Add Tamari mix and the washed and dried Shirataki noodles simmer 3 to 5 minutes toss with basil and serve.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings @4 oz pasta + veggies.
