*Large Onion Raw, 1 serving Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices *Extra Firm Organic Tofu (Nasoya) 1 oz, 14 oz *Silk Pure Almond Milk Unsweet 1c=1svg, .33 serving Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp Spinach, fresh, 1.5 cup *manicotti pasta (3 shell), 4 serving *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cup
saute onions and mushrooms
in bowl: combine tofu, alm. milk, coc. oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, spinach - mix well
stir in onions and mushrooms
fill shells w/ mixture - place in shallow baking dish
spoon on marinara sauce
bake 350 deg, uncovered, approx 30 min, garnish w/ more mushrooms
