Awesome avocado-sprouts-turkey sandwich

Ingredients
* 1 slice of dark, heavy grain bread * half an avocado, sliced * 4 slices turkey breast meat (or ham, or...) * 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts * pepper (try to get a Thai lime pepper from the shop if you can; it makes for a GREAT taste) * A drizzle of pumpkin seed oil
Directions
Toast the bread if you like, and then build your sandwich! This version is open-face and just packed with nutritiousness. I dare you to try this one!

Pumpkin seed oil isn't the cheapest thing you'll ever find, but it's AMAZING on salads and drizzled on a sandwich like this. A really small amount can add great flavour.
