Chicken w/ a dash of India spice

Ingredients
4 chicken breast cut into 1/2 " pieces1 md. onion diced thin2 cloves garlic2 tbsp. curry (you may want to use more!) 1 1/2 tbsp. oil1 14 oz. can coconut milk (I use lite)1 14 oz. can stewed tomatoes1 8 oz. can tomato sauce3 tsp. sugar
Directions
heat oil in skillet add curry powder. cook for 2 minutes. Add garlic & onion for 5 min. Add chicken cook through (6-7 min). Add tomatoes, sugar & coconut milk. Let simmer uncovered till thickens (could take an hour)
