1lb - Lean Ground Turkey1 T Olive Oil1/2 Yellow Onion (Chopped)2 Medium Carrots (Grated)2 C Chopped Cauliflower1.5 C Chopped Broccoli3 C Chopped Green Cabbage1 Pkg. Stir Fry seasoning mix2 T Lite Soy Sauce
Directions
Brown Turkey
Add Olive Oil
Add Chopped vegetables
Cook over medium heat until vegetables are crisp tender.
Add Season package and Soy Sauce.
