Milk toast (Farmers breakfast)

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1/2 an onion1/2 cup of flour1 stick of butter
Directions
1 lb. ground beef 1 small onion–chopped or onion powder 1/2cup butter 2cups milk 1/2cup flour salt and pepper–to taste Bread� toasted Brown ground beef and onion in skillet and drain. Set aside. In same pan melt butter and add flour to make a roux. Stir until smooth. Add milk and stir until thick. Add cooked beef and and stir to combine. Add salt & pepper. Put gravy over toast or rice.
