Ingredients
4 large seedless oranges, peeled and cut into cubes1/2 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into cubes4 small kiwi fruits, peeled and cut into cubesJuice of one small lime1 teaspoon rum extract1/2 cup shredded coconut1 single-serving container Kraft Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding
Directions
Peel oranges, pineapple, and kiwi fruits. Cut into cubes over a medium sized bowl to catch the fruit juices. Squeeze the juice of a small lime over the fruit. Add rum extract and shredded coconut. Stir to distribute. Mix in vanilla pudding. Cover and chill until time to serve.

Makes about 12 1/2-cup servings.
