Amy's guilt free chicken Alfredo dish for one

Ingredients
1 cup cooked spaghetti squash1 cooked chicken breast cut up in pieces2 tablespoons of low fat cream cheese chive and onion cream cheese I used (Kraft brand)salt and pepper for tasteonion powder for tastegarlic powder for taste
Directions
place hot cooked spaghetti squash in a bowl. Place two tbs. cream cheese along with salt, pepper,onion powder,and garlic powder combine until creamy. Add the cooked chicken breast to the creamy squash and combine all together. Now to sit down and enjoy a guilt free pasta dish.

Serving Size: makes enough dinner for one person
