Whole Grain Shells with Kale, Spinach, and Tomato in a Garlic Vegan Butter Sauce

2 lbs Whole Grain Medium Shells2-3 cups Spinach, roughly chopped2-3 cups Kale, roughly chopped4-5 tomatoes, roughly chopped6 tbsp vegan butter2 cloves garlic, crushedsalt & pepper to taste
1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook pasta according to package until al dente.
2. Add butter and garlic to a pan, heat until butter is melted and you can smell the garlic. (About 2 minutes) Add kale, spinach, and tomatoes to the butter and heat until spinach and kale wilt. (About 1 minutes)
3. Add sauce to drained pasta and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 6-8 servings
