Homemade Tomato Rice

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1.5 large whole (3" dia) (remove)Sunflower Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Sona Masoori Rice, 2 serving (remove)Green Chilli - 2 Medium(Optional) - Not included in the calorie calculationMustard seeds black (1 tsp)Cinnamon sticks (1 small) Black Cardamom (2)
Directions
Cook Rice separately and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds and let it splutter, add the cinnamon sticks and black cardamom. Add the tomatoes and the green chillies and let it cook for 7 to 8 minutes until the tomatoes are cooked.

Add the cooked rice and give it a mix.
Indian style tomato rice is ready to eat :)
