1 Large russet potato, peeled, cut up, cooked and mashed0.25 c Bio Best Plain Yogurt 90% lactose Free2 tbsp buttersalt and pepper
Directions
Peel, cut and boil potato. Add in yogurt and butter, salt and pepper and serve.
