Keely's Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Ingredients
##*Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, roasted, 32 oz (remove)##Carrots, raw, 2 cup, strips or slices (remove)##*Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)##Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)##Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 2 tsp (remove)##*Onion powder, 2 tsp (remove)##Garlic powder, 2 tsp (remove)##Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)##Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .75 cup (remove)
Directions
Put vegetables on the bottom of crockpot (I spray w/ olive oil cooking spray) I put fresh minced garlic with vegetables then put lemon pepper, garlic & Onion powder on the roast I put the roast on top of the vegetables. I whisked together the milk and cream of mushroom soup and poured it over everything. I put the lid on crockpot and cooked on low for 8 hours.
