Ham and Goat Cheese Egg Beaters Muffin

Ingredients
1/2 of a large red pepper, diced5 oz Carving Board Ham4 green onions sliced2 oz goat cheese crumbles32 oz egg beaters
Directions
Spray muffin pan with Pam
divide pepper, ham, and onions among 12 muffin cups
add 1 tsp of goat cheese to each cup
fill each cup to top with egg beaters
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
