Ingredients
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 24 ouncesGulden's Brown and Spicy Mustard, 3 tspCarrots, raw, 0.25 cup, strips or slicesCabbage, fresh, 1 cup, choppedOnions, raw, 0.2 cup, choppedFlaxseed, 6 tspSalt, 1 tspMayonnaise, regular, 1.5 cup
Directions
1. Boil the chicken and then shred it with forks.
2. Chop veggies.
3. Mix everything together thoroughly.
