Pita Pizza

Ingredients
1 Joseph's pita (the low-carb ones are the ones I use, either the samller or larger ones)1/4 cup tomato sauce (more or less as desired)1/4 cup fat free mozzarella (again, add more or less to taste)You can top this with chicken or veggies for a more complete meal if you want to-- I like it with onion and chicken. Yumm!
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place pita on foil-covered baking pan.
3. Spread sauce on pita.
4. Sprinkle cheese and toppings if desired.
5. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and pita is slightly crispy.
6. Slice into quarters and enjoy. Makes 1 personal-sized pizza.
