6 large eggs2/3 cup bacon, crumbled3/4 cup Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese1/4 cup skim milk2 cups Schwans Roasted Peppers and Onions
Cook bacon according to package directions. Crumble into bits. Beat eggs and milk until mixed. Add bacon, veggies and cheese. Pour into a 9x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and middle is set.
