1 trader joe pocketful of fiber pita bread1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil1 sliced tomato1 oz fat free crumbled feta cheeseGround black pepperGround oregano
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Heat pita for 5 minutes or toast in toaster oven
Drizzle olive oil over pita
Arrange tomato slice on pita and sprinkle with black pepper and oregano
Sprinkle with feta cheese
Bake for 15 minutes
