Blueberry and Oat muffins

Ingredients
-1 large egg-120ml rapeseed oil-120ml semi-skimmed milk-300g plain flour-100g oats-2tsp baking powder-180g caster sugar-200g blueberries
Directions
-Combine all wet ingredients (egg, oil, milk) in a jug.
-Combine all dry ingredients (flour, oats, baking powder, sugar, blueberries) in a big bowl.
-Pour wet mixture into the dry mixture mixing slowly until only just combined (this will help the mix to rise when baking).
-Bake for 20-25 minutes until just golden on the top.
