Ingredients
Yellow Squash, 1 mediumBroccoli, fresh, 2 spear (about 5" long) Italian Sausage, pork, 2 link, 5/lbHunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1 can
Directions
Cut Italian sausage into 1/4 inch pieces. Cook in skillet until browned.
Steam squash and broccoli and put into skillet once cooked. Add can of tomatoes to pan and let simmer.
Serve with pasta or rice.

    I made this recipe and 2 of us hated it and 2 of us loved it. It is easy to make and has flavor from the tomato mixture. I didn't care for the sausage. It seemed a little bland. But luckily the ones who loved the dish ate every bite. - 11/21/10
