French Onion Soup (homemade)

Ingredients
8 oz thinly slice onion (I used sweet onion)1 T butter1 T olive oil1 T flour1 1/4 c white wine4 c Low sodium Beef Broth4 oz Shredded Swiss cheese
Directions
Heat butter and olive oil, add onion and cook over medium heat for approx. 5 - 10 minutes until starting to brown. Sprinkle flour over the top and stir until "melted", approx. 5 minutes. Add the wine and beef broth. Let simmer over low - medium heat for 20 minutes. Serve with toasted crouton and 1 oz swiss cheese, put under the broiler until brown.
