Ingredients
3-4 lb pork tenderloin4 T yellow mustard1 jar apricot jam1/3 C chicken stocksalt and pepper to taste
Directions
place pork tenderloin in the slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Pour mixture over pork. cook on low for 4 hours.
