Egg Salad for 1, quick and easy

Ingredients
1 Egg, Hard Boiled, peeled1 Tbsp 1% Milk1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard1 tsp Sweet Pickle RelishSalt, to tastePepper, to taste
Directions
Cut egg in half; remove yolk, dice egg white. Place yolk in small bowl and mash with fork. Add Milk, Mustard, and Relish. Add more milk, if needed, to reach desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the diced egg white and combine.

Makes enough egg salad for one sandwich.
