Lower Fat Chicken Curry

Ingredients
7 chicken thighs with bone1 onion chopped1 tbsp curry powder1 tsp ginger2 tsp garlic1 jalapeņo pepper1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 cubed potato1 cup sliced carrots 1 diced bell pepper1 cup green beans2 cups yellow cherry tomatoes3 cups fresh spinach2 cups chicken broth2 Tbsp flourlemon juice
Directions
Place ingredients in ziplock, label, and freeze. On cooking day, place in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. Stir together chicken broth and flour. Add to crock pot, and cook 1 hour more until all is tender. Spritz with lemon juice. Serve with rice.
