Baklava

Ingredients
filo pastry one roll1/2 cup pistachio1/2 cup almonds1/2 stick butter1/2 cup sugar
Directions
Coarsely crush almonds and pistachos.
Add 1/4 cup suger to it. Melt the butter and add 1 table spoon to the nuts.
Layer a filo sheet in a baking pan and brush it with melted butter.Put another sheet on top of it. Repeat this process until you have used half a roll. Spread the nut mixture and repeat the process of brushing and adding of filo sheets. When done score it in 18 pieces and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
