Better Butterscotch Haystacks

Ingredients
1 bag of Butterscotch chips1 bag Fiber One Bran cereal (2 bags in a box)1 tsp rum extract
Directions
Pour chips into a sauce pan and heat on medium-low until evenly melted
Add rum extract
Mix in cereal and stir until evenly coated
Scoop mixture out of pan with a medium-size spoon and place onto a piece of wax paper
Allow to cool until hardened
Should yield 23 or 24 cookies
