Ingredients
1 LB ground beef1/2 C. panko bread crumbs1 lg. egg1/2 c. chopped onion1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper1/4 -1/2 c. salsa salt and pepper and garlic powder to taste

Mix all together and put in slow cooker on high for 4 hours or low for 5
