Zucchini Asparagus Salad

Ingredients
zucchini, 1 medium sliced length-wise w/peelerasparagus, 12 spears, cut 1-inch diagonallyfennel, 1/8 cup sliced thin on mandolinlemon juice 1 tbspolive oil, 1 tspromano cheese, 1/4 oz shreddedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Toss asparagus w/ 1/2 tsp olive oil and roast under broiler for 3 minutes. Shave zucchini with peeler. Assemble asparagus, zucchini, fennel in bowl. Mix lemon juice, 1 tsp olive oil and pour over vegetables. Add salt and pepper and cheese. Place on plate to serve.
