Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
Garlic, 3 clove Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz) Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 4 tbsp *Lemon Juice, .5 cup *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbspSalt and Pepper to tasteScallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long) ORGANIC LOWFAT PLAIN KEFIR, 1 cup
Directions
Chop the scallions and place in a bowl. Grate the garlic into the same bowl as the scallions. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Add salt, pepper and spices to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30min. Taste great especially the next day.
