Homemade Egg Noodles

Ingredients
3 egg yolks1 egg3 T water1 t water2 c flour
Directions
Beat egg yolks & egg until very light; beat in water & salt. Stir and work flour in with hands or with dough hook on mixer to make a stiff dough. Divide into 3 parts. Roll each part out on a flour dusted surface ad thinly as possible. Cut into strips -1/8" for fine noodles; 1/2" for broad noodles. Shake out the strips & let dry before cooking. Use may use like you would other noodles, but they will take longer to cook.

Serving Size: makes approximately 6 cups of noodles
