Ingredients
1 cup quinoa1 avocado (cut into chunks)1 orange1.5 cup black beans1 ear of corn 1 pomegranate 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro1 lime
Directions
cook corn, let cool and cut off cob
cook quinoa
cut orange, pomegrnate and avocado
mix all ingredients
Add juice from orange and lime, salt and pepper
