Tuna Burger/Patty

Tuna, Canned in Water, drained, 2 cans1/4 med yellow onion, dicedGarlic, 3 cloves, dicedOregano, ground, 1 tsp Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp Celery, raw, 1 stalk, choppedJalapeno pepper raw (1 pepper). diced, seeds removedMushrooms, fresh, 1 small, choppedEgg whites, 1/3 cup italian bread crumbs - 1/2 cup 1/8 Med. Green Bell Pepper,dicedPam Original Canola Cooking Spray, 5 sprays
Mix all diced veggies with tuna. Add egg whites, and slowly mix in bread crumbs while stirring. Add seasonings and mix. Form five burgers/patties. Spray 5 sprays of Canola oil spray into frying pan. Heat up frying pan for about 1 minute, then put in burgers/patties. Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until brown. Flip to the other side and cook another 4-5 minutes or until brown. Take out and serve on a bun with 1 tblspn of mayo or on a bed of romaine lettuce (not included in calorie count.)
