Ingredients
black gramwhite ricesalt
Directions
soak black gram and white rice separately for 8 hrs.
grind to a smooth paste mix both the paste and keep for fermentation overnight.
Mix the ingredients and add salt .
pour into idli steamer and stem till cooked
