Chicken, Ground; Purdue (1lb raw), 2 serving Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2")Garlic, 3 clove *Ketchup, Heinz, 3 tbsp Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1.5 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large seasoning of choice
mince the vegetables and sautee in olive oil until soft. in a large bowl combine the vegetables meat, ketchup, bread crumbs, eggs and seasong of choice. User your hands or (my choice a wooden spoon) to mix everything up until well combined. dump into a pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and form into a loaf. Bake at 350 until done on the inside.
