Ingredients
Large head of cauliflower1tblsp lo far cream cheese1/4 cup grated hard parmesan cheese1/4 cup lo fat chicken brothClove garlicSalt and pepper
Directions
Cut cauliflower head into flowrettes
Boil flowrettes 5minutes, until soft
Drain, dry, return to pot
Add cheeses, add broth as needed-you don't want to make it soupy
Use immersion blender to mix
