Ingredients
2 1/4c oats5 scoops protein powder5 tbsp all natural peanut butter1/4c dried cranberries1 oz almondsk, plain1 cup or less for consistency purposes of almond milk
Directions
add all dry ingriedients first then add wet ingriedients. mix.
use non stick cooking spray on a baking pan
pour and fridge or freeze for 30 or more mins.
