Bean and Veggie Soup

Ingredients
1 can Bean with Bacon Soup1 can diced tomatoes, flavored anyway you like1 can or small bag of mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots, green beans)Enough water to make it the consistency you would like.
Directions
If using frozen vegetables, thaw them out first.
Add all ingredients together in one pan & stir. Add enough water to make the soup the consistency you would like. Stir occasionally over medium heat until heated through, approx. 10 min.

Tastes great served with warm corn bread.
Also easy to make while camping.

Makes approx. 4 1-cup servings
